We are confident that you the client are going to be very happy with your purchase. You have 14 days to report any issues.
Please contact info@the-waterloo-portfolio.com in the first instance.

You have 14 days to return unwanted product IN PERFECT RESALABLE CONDITION from the date your product was delivered, and a full refund will be given.
In the very unusual circumstance where your purchase was damaged during delivery, we would expect you to send us photographs of the damage.

The Kinnear Partnership cannot refund postage for returned product. Postage for returns is paid by the customer and should be by recorded delivery. Address for return will be supplied.
